Everything about deadlines, reminders and your data. Can't find your answer? Reach us via the contact details in the legal notice.

Basics

Nothing. Reminders about your deadlines are and stay free. Should we ever offer extras, they will be optional.

No. We remind you in time, and you cancel directly with your provider – so you stay in full control.

Deadlines

In your contract confirmation or the provider's terms. Many newer consumer contracts can be cancelled monthly with one month's notice once the minimum term is over.

From the start date, the minimum term and the notice period. The last day to cancel is the day your notice must reach the provider at the latest. Month ends and leap years are handled correctly.

If your contract renews automatically, Noticed calculates the next deadline for every renewal period – monthly, yearly or whatever your contract says.

Emails

Reminders about your deadlines and important account emails such as confirming your address. News and saving tips only if you explicitly opt in – unsubscribe with one click.

30, 14 and 3 days before the last day to cancel. For contracts that renew monthly, you only get the 3-day reminder so your inbox stays calm.

Mark it as cancelled or delete it. Reminders for that contract stop immediately; all other contracts keep their reminders.

Mark one as "not spam" and add our sender address to your contacts. We send with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, but the first emails from a new sender are sometimes filtered.

Privacy & account

In your settings with one click. Your account and all contracts are deleted immediately.

No. Noticed never connects to your bank. You only enter what you want to be reminded about.

Your account data is stored on servers in Switzerland, which the EU recognises as having equivalent data protection. It is only used to provide the service and is never sold or shared for advertising.

Never miss a deadline again.
